A.T. FLOW 

  • no memorization of movement or choreography
  • no accessory except for your mat
  • A.T. Flow: 4 minimum, 6 maximum participants
  • one A.T. Flow session lasts 90 minutes and costs $25/participant

A.T. SMALL GROUP

  • the attention of the teacher will be shared with each participant, and each participant has the opportunity to observe others and integrate the learning
  • AT small group: 2 minimum, 4 maximum participants
  • one AT small group session lasts 45 minutes and costs $70/participant
